Our limited warranty

Our number one goal and top priority for you, the customer, is to be 100% satisfied. When purchasing a Hybrid Geek battery, you agree to our limited warranty, the limit of our liability, and waiver of claims outlined below.

The warranty process

1.

Diagnosis.

If you have a warning light on the dash and suspect you are having an issue with the hybrid battery we will need you to have the vehicle diagnosed before starting a warranty claim. A local auto parts store will typically scan these for you for free. If you have your own personal code scanner, pictures of all the stored codes on the engine and hybrid control units are allowed.

2.

Start a claim.

Either call us with all your information or fill out the warranty service request form below. A trained warranty service advisor will help process your claim or offer tech support if the codes are not related to the hybrid battery pack.

3.

Replacement.

Based on the diagnostic information you have provided to us we will determine if your hybrid battery pack has failed or not and if you still have active coverage we will schedule a replacement for you in the same way it was originally installed.
