The Hybrid Geek 5-Day Install Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

We know your time matters. That’s why we proudly offer The Hybrid Geek 5-Day Install Guarantee — if we can’t complete your hybrid battery installation within five(5) calendar days of confirmed order placement, you’ll receive a $50 discount or refund as our way of making it right.

Please review the terms and conditions that govern this guarantee below.

🧾 What the Hybrid Battery Installation Guarantee Covers

The 5-Day Install Guarantee applies only to qualifying hybrid battery sales appointments for the following product lines:

If The Hybrid Geek is unable to complete your installation within 5 calendar days of order confirmation due to our own internal scheduling limitations, you will receive a $50 discount off your final invoice (if unpaid) or a $50 refund (if already paid in full).

🚫 What It Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not apply to warranty appointments.

While we always prioritize our warranty customers, this specific offer is limited to new sales orders only.

🕔 How the 5-Day Window Works

• The 5-day clock starts the day after your payment is confirmed and your order is finalized (including required vehicle info, location, and product selection).

• The clock runs for 5 consecutive calendar days, including weekends and holidays unless otherwise excluded below.

• If The Hybrid Geek is prepared to install within the 6-day window, but the customer is unavailable, the guarantee does not apply.

Example: If we offer an installation date 4 days out, but the customer requests a date 7 days out due to personal schedule, the guarantee is void.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 5-Day Install Guarantee:

• The order must be for a NexGen© hybrid battery.

• The full order must be confirmed on the calendar.

• The install location must be within our current service area.

• The customer must be available and responsive within the 5-day window.

• No exclusions or delays listed below may apply.

❌ Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if the installation is delayed due to:

• Customer-related delays (e.g., rescheduling, lack of availability, non-response)

• Severe weather or natural disasters

• Holiday blackout dates (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 24–26)

• Out of service area 

• Reconditioned, Sodium and Genuine OEM products do not qualify

• Force majeure events, including technician illness, road closures, or emergencies

• Warranty service jobs, fleet orders, or dealer accounts

💵 Refund or Discount Process

• If eligible, customers will receive a $50 discount off their final invoice, or a $50 refund processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after install.

• The refund is limited to one per transaction or household.

• This discount may be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupon codes.

  For example, it can be applied in addition to a “$100 Off Spring Sale” or other advertised discount.

📌 Additional Terms

• The Hybrid Geek may update or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Participation in the 5-Day Install Guarantee constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
