What's the difference between remanufactured, reconditioned and new hybrid batteries?

Reconditioned Hybrid Batteries
These are previously used hybrid battery modules that have been tested, cleaned, voltage-balanced, and restored to proper operating condition. They offer a budget-friendly option and are ideal for drivers looking for an affordable fix. Performance is solid, but lifespan varies depending on the age of the modules.

Brand-New Hybrid Batteries
These are 100% new modules, not previously used or restored. Brand-new batteries offer the longest lifespan, highest reliability, and dealer-level performance. They cost more but deliver the best long-term value, especially for owners who plan to keep their vehicle for many years.

Remanufactured Hybrid Batteries
A remanufactured battery goes beyond basic reconditioning. These packs undergo a more advanced process, including module matching, load testing, deep cycling, balance conditioning, and in some cases replacing weak modules. The goal is to restore performance as close to OEM standards as possible. They typically come with longer warranties and more consistent reliability. In a sense, all of our batteries are remanufactured, but depending on the product line, we’ll either use reconditioned or new batteries inside it.
