Sylvia answered all my questions and was very professional. Richard installed the battery with precision and efficiency. They saved me a ton of money and hassle not having to use the dealership.

Richard the technician was did a great job he was very fast and thorough with his installation of my new Prius c hybrid cell. Car seems to be working great and Sylvia the phone representative who took all my calls was very informative and work with me to actually get the job done on only a couple days notice. Talk to Sylvia on Tuesday and had the battery installed on Friday.
