Frequently Asked Questions

How are you able to offer hybrid batteries cheaper than the dealership?

Dealerships rely on OEM-only parts and charge high labor rates inside expensive service centers.
We specialize exclusively in hybrid batteries, allowing us to remanufacture, source, and install batteries far more efficiently.

Our mobile model eliminates overhead and lets us pass those savings directly back to you — without sacrificing quality.

How long does the installation take?

Most intallations take 60 minutes, depending on your vehicle. After installation, we ensure there are no hybrid battery related diagnostic trouble codes before we leave.

What happens to my old hybrid battery?

Your old battery eventually makes it way back to our manufacturing plant. Once here, we part out the components of your battery for recycle or refurbishment.

What happens if my hybrid battery fails again?

Contact us and let us know! Per the terms of the warranty, we’ll ask you to get a diagnostic scan done, first, to confirm what exactly is going on with your vehicle. If the scan shows the hybrid battery we installed is in fact bad, you’re covered under our warranty.

What's the difference between remanufactured, reconditioned and new hybrid batteries?

Reconditioned Hybrid Batteries
These are previously used hybrid battery modules that have been tested, cleaned, voltage-balanced, and restored to proper operating condition. They offer a budget-friendly option and are ideal for drivers looking for an affordable fix. Performance is solid, but lifespan varies depending on the age of the modules.

Brand-New Hybrid Batteries
These are 100% new modules, not previously used or restored. Brand-new batteries offer the longest lifespan, highest reliability, and dealer-level performance. They cost more but deliver the best long-term value, especially for owners who plan to keep their vehicle for many years.

Remanufactured Hybrid Batteries
A remanufactured battery goes beyond basic reconditioning. These packs undergo a more advanced process, including module matching, load testing, deep cycling, balance conditioning, and in some cases replacing weak modules. The goal is to restore performance as close to OEM standards as possible. They typically come with longer warranties and more consistent reliability. In a sense, all of our batteries are remanufactured, but depending on the product line, we’ll either use reconditioned or new batteries inside it.
