3 Months Ago – My 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid battery died. I found hybrid geek online and found a hybrid battery for $1940 with install. The car just got done in my driveway. The battery works great and the engine is not turning on as fast as it used to on the old battery. Ali changed the battery super quick and was professional. I haven’t used the warranty since I just got it installed but it is for 3 years. Ali also said he hasn’t had any warranty work so far on these batteries.

3 Months Ago – If I could give ten stars I would! After extensive research on hybrid battery replacement, I decided The Hybrid Geek had the best battery with the best warranty at the best price. Silvia was great in facilitating the purchase and scheduling the installation with clear communication and accessibility. Richard was our installer and he was awesome!!! It’s a big job, but he took great care with my car and got everything swapped out and running like new in no time. 2 Months Ago – We needed a new battery for our old, but low mileage Prius. I knew I wanted an OEM battery. Our local dealer didn’t even call me back with a quote, so I looked around and found The Hybrid Geek. Less than a week later Richard arrived and installed the new battery. It was so easy to arrange, and it is like having a brand new car! Edit: Our mileage is back above 50mpg, higher than it had been in years!!

2 Months Ago – I was originally scheduled for 8/31. However the tech never showed up nor called. It was the day before Labor Day so I had to wait until Tuesday to make contact with the office. They were very prompt in getting me rescheduled for that same day, less than five hours after they called me back! John communicated his eta, and once he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. Had me back running less than a hour after he showed up. They definitely turned my one star experience into a five star experience despite everything. Would def recommend this company, and our tech JOHN!

A Month Ago – Excellent service from Tim and Sylvia! Sylvia in customer support/sales was super helpful to arrange a replacement battery for my 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE. Tim arrived on time and was very professional, very careful with great attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job working quickly to replace the hybrid battery. Afterwards he ran a scan, he test drove it and he also tested a 12V battery. Thank you again for great service. If I could I would give 10 stars!

A Month Ago – The people at Hybrid Geek who I spoke with by phone were helpful and informative. I placed the order for a 3 year guaranteed replacement hybrid battery for a 2007 Prius on Monday and they were able to schedule the installation for Tuesday morning. The technician, Carlos, was prompt, friendly and efficient. He was able to complete the installation in less than 1 hour 20 minutes, including thoroughly cleaning the fan and taking the time to explain things to me. The car now runs well. So the Hybrid Geek solution is much less expensive and faster.

A Month Ago – I had Andre as my hybrid geek…he drove from Raleigh NC to Summerville SC to put my new battery in, & he had to do it in the pouring rain!! He was so very nice. It cost me half of what Toyota was going to charge me!!! The Toyota places are rip offs!! Charging me $5,700….whereas hybrid geek was only $3500. And they came to my car!! I’m passing on to everyone about this wonderful business!!!

A Month Ago – Carlos was able to help us out quickly. We had a trip planned and needed to have a drivable car. It broke down yesterday and we thought we’d have to cancel the trip. Called a few places but they couldn’t do it in the timetable. Called hybrid geek and today Carlos got the new hybrid battery installed. He drove in from out of state and did everything without hesitation. Thank you.

4 Weeks Ago – This by far is a great company. First Carlos was my installer he was here on time and completed the work fast and was very friendly and professional the warrant alone is one of the best I found and the fact they come to you and charge no install fee just pay for the battery is all. For my vehicle to get a new battery would have been over 7000.00 that is battery and labor and currently they are on a national back order with no date available so to find hybrid geek was great and worth it now I have my truck back just in time for winter you would be crazy not to check them out

2 Weeks Ago – Very pleased with the mobile service I received from Richard and the support team. I’d like to mention their speed in getting my vehicle up and running. I was scheduled for same day service on my Prius :) Awesome ! The tech arrived on time and provided photos, details and professional recommendations. Most importantly, the car has a newly installed battery with a warranty. Thank You All
